SOURCD provides inventory, workflow, labeling, sales tracking, and reporting tools for reseller business organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use exported reports.

Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. SOURCD may restrict access if an account is misused, used unlawfully, or creates risk for the service or other users.
Reports and tax information
SOURCD reports are organizational summaries and are not tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice. You should review exports with a qualified professional before filing taxes or making business decisions.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid features, subscriptions, and billing terms may change as the product evolves. Any paid plan will be presented before purchase, and continued use of paid features means you accept the posted billing terms.
Affiliate program
Affiliate eligibility, payout timing, fraud review, and commission rules may be adjusted to protect SOURCD and its users. Referral payouts apply only to qualifying paying accounts attributed through an approved affiliate link.
Third-party references and trademarks
SOURCD may reference third-party businesses, marketplaces, retailers, service providers, or tools such as eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Crosslist, Vendoo, Nifty, Goodwill, and others for identification, compatibility, workflow context, or user convenience. Those names, logos, and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Unless SOURCD explicitly states otherwise in writing, those references do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or approval.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SOURCD is provided as-is and SOURCD is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
SOURCD may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date.
