Effective April 28, 2026. This policy explains how SOURCD handles information used to run inventory, storage, sales, support, and reporting workflows.
SOURCD collects the account and workspace information needed to run the service, including email address, user IDs, business profile details, staff/workspace settings, inventory records, photos, receipt images, sales sheets, vendor data, labels, notes, support messages, and reseller cost or sales records.
When you upload item photos, receipt images, group photos, or vendor sales sheets, SOURCD stores those files and may send the relevant image or text to AI service providers so the app can draft item details, parse receipts, match sales lines, or create review records.
If you choose to start a sourcing trip, SOURCD collects location points while that trip is active so it can estimate business mileage. Location tracking is user-initiated and should be stopped when the sourcing trip ends.
If you use voice entry, SOURCD may process microphone audio or speech-recognition transcripts so the spoken text can be added to item notes or fields.
SOURCD uses Stripe for web subscription billing. SOURCD does not store full card numbers, but it may store subscription status, plan, customer IDs, invoices, and payment-related records needed to operate paid accounts.
SOURCD uses required authentication cookies to keep users signed in. Public-site analytics are loaded only after consent and are used to understand aggregate site performance and usage.
We use information to provide inventory, intake, storage, labels, reconciliation, reporting, support, security, account administration, and product-improvement workflows.
SOURCD may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email, analytics, payment processing, image optimization, and AI-assisted features. Providers are used only as needed to operate and protect the service.
CSV exports are provided so you can move business data into spreadsheets, bookkeeping tools, or tax workflows. You are responsible for storing exported files securely.
Business records may be retained while your account is active or as needed for legal, tax, security, backup, and operational purposes. Mobile users can initiate account deletion from the app profile screen, and anyone may contact support@sourcd.app for account or data questions.
