SOURCD may collect account details, business preferences, inventory records, uploaded images, sales records, receipt data, support requests, and usage information needed to operate the service.
We use information to provide the app, save your inventory, generate labels and reports, process support requests, improve workflows, secure accounts, and communicate about SOURCD.
Photos, receipts, booth reports, and item records are used to support your inventory workflow. You should avoid uploading sensitive personal information that is not needed for your reseller operations.
SOURCD may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, and AI-assisted features. Providers are used only as needed to operate the service.
CSV exports are provided so you can move business data into spreadsheets, bookkeeping tools, or tax workflows. You are responsible for storing exported files securely.
Business records may be retained while your account is active or as needed for legal, security, backup, and operational purposes. You can contact support@sourcd.app for account or data questions.
