How To
SOURCD is organized around a simple reseller flow: add items quickly, review cleanly, label physically, sell through the right channel, and keep the numbers exportable.
Use photo intake, manual entry, or CSV import to create intake items while sourcing, unloading, or cleaning up old spreadsheets.
Intake is the review desk. Fix required tracking details before moving complete items into main inventory.
Storage QR labels identify bins, shelves, totes, booths, and rooms. Item labels carry price, short description, booth ID, and SKU for booth selling.
Log Etsy, booth, marketplace, local, direct online, and other sales separately so fees, shipping expectations, and net numbers stay clear.
When one purchase receipt covers a haul, save the receipt batch and write its batch code on the paper receipt. Allocate the cost to individual items later.
Dashboard combines sales, booth reconciliation, tax snapshots, operating costs, purchase batches, and CSV downloads in one place.
